Matcha Tropical Smoothie
This is so delicious. It is low fodmap friendly, packs vegetables in there without compromising the taste. You can also experiment with adding protein powder. I tried vanilla flavor and it came out great

Zucchini (chopped and frozen)1 cup
Pineapple (fresh or frozen)3 cups
Baby Spinach2 tsps
Green Tea Powder1/4 cup
Hemp Seeds2 cups
Unsweetened Almond Milk- Directions:
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
